# Contact Diskograf: Support, Feedback, and Requests

> How to reach the Diskograf team for support, corrections, artist identity questions, data licensing, and general feedback about the catalogue.

Diskograf is maintained by a small team and a growing community of contributors. If you need to reach us, this page is the right starting point.

## General Support

For questions about using Diskograf, help with your account, or trouble with the site itself, email:

```text theme={null}
diskografcom@gmail.com
```

A plain description of what you were trying to do and what happened is usually enough to get you an answer. Screenshots help when you're describing something visual.

## Artist Identity and Claims

Questions about linking an artist profile or reporting impersonation are handled through the same contact address. Start by reading:

* [Claiming a Profile](/identity/claiming-profile)
* [Identity rules](/identity/verification)
* [Impersonation](/identity/impersonation)

If you still need to get in touch after reading those, email `diskografcom@gmail.com` with your username, the artist profile in question, and any supporting details.

## Data Corrections

Most corrections are made by contributors directly in the catalogue. If you're an artist, label, or rights holder and you've spotted something that needs staff attention (not just a public edit), email `diskografcom@gmail.com` with:

* A link to the record.
* What is currently wrong.
* What the correct information should be, ideally with a source we can reference.

## Data Licensing and API Enquiries

For questions about the [Public API](/developers/public-api), higher rate limits, larger data exports, or licensing conversations that go beyond the [Data Licensing](/developers/data-licensing) guidelines, email `diskografcom@gmail.com`. A brief description of what you're building goes a long way.

## Press and Editorial

For press enquiries, editorial partnerships, or interview requests about Diskograf itself, email `diskografcom@gmail.com` with **Press** in the subject line.

## Response Times

We read every message. Depending on volume, replies usually arrive within a few business days. Include the relevant page URL so the team can identify your request.

<Note>
  Diskograf does not have a phone line and doesn't offer live chat. Email keeps a written record of the conversation, which matters especially for identity and correction requests.
