Diskograf attributes catalogue changes to the account that made them. Your public profile shows an activity feed, while a separate private view helps you manage songs you added or helped edit.

Public activity

Open diskograf.com/{username}/activity to see the public activity feed for a profile. It can include changes such as:
  • Adding or removing a song credit
  • Changing a song title, release date, artwork, lyrics, notes, genre, label, or streaming link
  • Adding or editing a song
The activity feed identifies the affected song and the type of change. Other visitors can view the activity feed on a public profile.

Manage your songs

Open diskograf.com/{username}/contributions while signed in to manage your own catalogue submissions. This view is private to the profile owner. It includes songs you added or helped edit, with tools to:
  • Search by song, artist, label, or year
  • Filter by Pending or Published
  • Sort by edited, released, added, or title order
  • Open a song and continue editing it
The route is a management view, not a public contribution timeline.

Songs under review

New songs are private while they are under review. Open the Under Review view on your own profile to find pending submissions. Pending songs can be edited, but other visitors cannot use that view to browse them. When a song becomes public, it appears in the catalogue and in the credited artists’ works.

Song activity

Song pages can show contribution activity for changes made to that record. For a machine-readable version of public contribution history, use the Public API. Every edit is a public byline once the affected record is public. Check your source and role before you save a change.
