Diskograf is maintained by a small team and a growing community of contributors. If you need to reach us, this page is the right starting point.

General Support

For questions about using Diskograf, help with your account, or trouble with the site itself, email:
A plain description of what you were trying to do and what happened is usually enough to get you an answer. Screenshots help when you’re describing something visual.

Artist Identity and Claims

Questions about linking an artist profile or reporting impersonation are handled through the same contact address. Start by reading: If you still need to get in touch after reading those, email diskografcom@gmail.com with your username, the artist profile in question, and any supporting details.

Data Corrections

Most corrections are made by contributors directly in the catalogue. If you’re an artist, label, or rights holder and you’ve spotted something that needs staff attention (not just a public edit), email diskografcom@gmail.com with:
  • A link to the record.
  • What is currently wrong.
  • What the correct information should be, ideally with a source we can reference.

Data Licensing and API Enquiries

For questions about the Public API, higher rate limits, larger data exports, or licensing conversations that go beyond the Data Licensing guidelines, email diskografcom@gmail.com. A brief description of what you’re building goes a long way.

Press and Editorial

For press enquiries, editorial partnerships, or interview requests about Diskograf itself, email diskografcom@gmail.com with Press in the subject line.

Response Times

We read every message. Depending on volume, replies usually arrive within a few business days. Include the relevant page URL so the team can identify your request.
Diskograf does not have a phone line and doesn’t offer live chat. Email keeps a written record of the conversation, which matters especially for identity and correction requests.
